Life as Laboratory: The work of coaching does not happen in isolation. You learn from those around you and experiment with new skills, knowledge, and mindsets in real life. To learn from those around you, we use 360 assessments, which invite colleagues and collaborators to share their insights into your work and leadership, and self-assessment tools, including our Leadership Dashboard, which ask you to reflect on your personality and goals. Building off of these insights and your growth plan, and with our support, you will identify leadership experiments that begin to move you towards the shifts you are hoping to make. With reflection, refinement, and additional experiments, you make the changes you are aiming for.
