What is the Clergy Coaching Group? 
The Clergy Coaching Group is a learning and collaborative space to develop your vision, deepen your leadership skills, and flex your emotional intelligence. With us you will explore your questions, challenges, and opportunities within a coaching framework. You will have the chance to connect with and learn from other clergy and your two facilitator coaches, Micol Zimmerman Burkeman, MAJE, ACC, and Rabbi Michael Mellen, PCC.

Who is this for? 
The Clergy Coaching Group is designed for ordained clergy with 3-8 years of experience in the field. 

When are the sessions? 
All group sessions will be from 1:00-2:30 ET on the following dates:
​April 26, May 3, May 17, June 7

What is the cost? 
The price of the four group coaching sessions and one additional individual coaching session is $600.  Limited scholarships available.

Clergy Coaching Group Facilitators

​Micol Zimmerman Burkeman (she/her), MAJE, ACC, is the Recruitment and Leadership Development Associate and Director of the Teaching Impact Fellowship at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. In this role, she works to elevate the Jewish professional field and develop the next generation of inspiring Jewish leaders.  A seasoned experiential Jewish educator, Micol has worked to reimagine Jewish education and engagement for the last two decades. As a consultant, coach, and professional development facilitator, she works with educators, clergy, and Jewish communal professionals to help them increase their impact and maximize their potential. Micol is a trained and ICF credentialed executive coach and certified Immunity to Change™ Facilitator.  She is an alum of the Generation Now Fellowship through The Jewish Education Project, and a current fellow in the Educational Leadership Program through the Mandel Institute for Nonprofit Leadership. Micol received her M.A. in Jewish Education from the Rhea Hirsch School of Education at HUC-JIR in Los Angeles and her B.A. in Communication at the University of Southern California. She lives in Natick, MA with her husband Rabbi Danny Burkeman and their two children, Gabriella and Benjamin.

​Michael Mellen, PCC, rabbi, is an executive and organizational coach and facilitator, who works with individuals and values-driven organizations to create space for growth, innovation, and possibility. His work with top executives, high potential team members, entrepreneurs, clergy, educators, and boards moves people to see their work, organizations, and lives more holistically, enabling them to better tap into the strengths that can propel them towards a vibrant, equitable, and impactful future. Michael is interested in the knotty problems of leadership, the power of vision, and the joy of creativity.
